一、Form and work fundament of Progressive Cavity Pump(PC Pump)production system

　　GLB series is a new kind of oil production equipment in these ten years at home and abroad .The system mainly consists of single screw pump and surface drive head .The sucker rod is dreved regularly by the surface drive head ,during which down hole screw pump works in order to pump the crude oll .The device is of simple structure , small size ,light weight easy to repair and operate ,powersave and olwer price .This pump can handle wide range of liquid including high viscous oil ,high wax-containing and asnd-containing crude oil.
The PC Pump includes single-lobe rotor and dou-lobes stator rotating reversely each other .There is an sirtight cavity between the two components.When the rotor and stator move reversely ,the cavity also moves axially.While liquid in the cavity will flow from one to the other, Meamwhile the energy conversion between machinery and liquid occurs.Soliquid will be pumped.
